Requirements:
- Culinary degree from an accredited culinary school/college.
- 5+ years experience in a 5 star+ hotel, cruise ship or high profile restaurant doing basic kitchen preparation. Cruise ship experience preferred.
- At least 2+ years experience in a supervisory position preferably in a multi nationality setting as Chef de Partie.
- Possess leadership skills and motivational techniques in order to maximize employee productivity.
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.
- Proven knowledge of the latest culinary quality standards and trends in North America and Europe.
- Proven track record in planning, organizing and developing large banquets, buffets and events.
