Assistant Hotel Manager

- Oversees and directs the whole ship hotel operations in order to bring about the best possible output from the employees and highest possible guest satisfaction.
- Ensures the constant improvement of guest service, staff productivity, sales, proper appearance, profit maximization, and financial control.
- Responsible for the coordination of the different department to ensure high profitability and efficiency.
- Makes sure that all operations run in accordance to the standards set by the hotel.
- 5 years of previous Cruise ship experience as Food and Beverage manager.
- Must have proven ability to identify revenue enhancement opportunities and be skilled in sound fiscal management practices.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent ability to motivate workforce.
